In Ohio, Ryan James Stephen has been charged with teasing a police dog for barking at a it.
The police officer wrote that the dog was barking uncontrollably inside his patrol car because the Stephen was making barking noises and hissing at the animal while the officer was investigating a car crash.
When Stephen was asked why he did that, he said that the dog started it. However, the officer said Stephens appeared highly drunk.
He needs to appear in municipal court on 21st April.
